You will receive a full 7-day period to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days for a store credit or a refund; such refund will be made within 30 days from the date of return.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and have no visible damage or usage.
If you are returning a product that is faulty (out of box failure) we will collect the item and replace it as soon as possible.
Should the item become faulty during the warranty period, it will be collected and returned to the supplier who determines whether the damage was as a result of mis-use or a factory fault; in the first case the warranty is voided, and in the second case the buyer is entitled to free repairs or a replacement unit either of which is decided by and at the discretion of the supplier.
